I have worked with numerous podiatrists, both as a professional colleague and as a patient, and I have never met anyone as professionally qualified, knowledgeable and courteous as Dr Paras Parekh DPM. It was a pleasure to speak with him. Whether discussing simple plantar fasciitis, shoes, inserts or complex bunion treatment, he will sit and explain the anatomy, pathophysiology, treatments, alternatives, why’s and wherefores, goals and outcomes. He does not push treatments that might be more remunerative to him, but encourages the conservative approach first.
