I relocated from the southwestern suburbs and was on the hunt for a skilled eyebrow technician in Chicago. I was quite apprehensive because my natural brow shape can be challenging and prone to over-plucking. The owner (Cookie) was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She thoroughly understood my requirements and made excellent recommendations, such as leaving some hair to allow my eyebrows to grow and look fuller. A week prior, I had attempted to groom my brows myself, resulting in excessive trimming. I informed her about this, but she was more than willing to fix the situation. She did an amazing job and I definitely recommend. Prices are great as well!!

Review long over due but they are the best! Never had an issue here. They know what they are doing with the brows-Went in last with uneven eyebrows- admittedly my fault bc I got tweezer happy and tweezed a little too much off one eyebrow (fml ooops)- left with perfectly symmetrical eyebrows.
