BRB was fabulous from the moment we walked in the door until our exit a couple of hours later. Each member of the staff was professional, welcoming, open and warm. We felt cared for, and the attention was on what our needs were our entire visit. They communicated every last detail of our treatment, and there were no unknowns. Caitlyn was our aesthetician and she was extremely knowledgeable, catered to our every need, while providing us exceptional service. She checked in regularly throughout the treatment to make sure I was doing ok. If you're looking for a 5 star experience, look no further.

I had a consultation booked and was able to squeeze in a facial right away. Caitlyn was so helpful! I appreciated that they gave me recommendations and options, but were not pushy about products or unnecessary treatment. I will be back!
