Bluemercury is an oasis for the beauty obsessed, offering the best in hair, cosmetics, skin care, makeup, perfume, and bath and body. It is a lovely store with great products and a wonderful, incredibly kind staff. The service is so accommodating, with an extensive understanding of product ingredients. The staff is always particularly helpful and professional, providing great help and advice. They take their time choosing products, listen to requests, and offer application tips, creating a mini-makeup lesson. Customers are thrilled with the exciting array of products compared to usual stores. While a customer service issue over the phone was a nightmare, the store manager was so nice and kind, resolving the issue quickly and following up personally. This kind and dedicated service ensures customers will be returning and can't recommend the place enough. It is a bit of a bummer that they don't have an app, however.
Pamela at the Damen store is the best! Blue Mercury feels like a more grown up Sephora and doesn’t have a thousand teenagers in it. The products are high quality and there’s a nice price range. I have been to the Damen location several times and each time Pamela has helped me and/or my friends. She’s knowledgeable, excited to help customers, and doesn’t pressure you at all about anything.
I always get great help and advice when I visit this place. I’m thrilled to have stumbled upon another store with a more exciting array of products compared to the usual stores. It’s a bit of a bummer that they don’t have an app though.
I had a nightmare of an issue with blue mercury’s customer service over the phone about a item I ordered in store to be sent to my house but was out of stock. Luckily I went to the manager of the store whose name is Gigi, who was so nice and kind enough to resolve this issue I was having. I had been dealing with the issue for over a month and no one had reached out to me from Blue Mercury corporate and Gigi was able to resolve the issue in just a few days! Gigi had reassured me that they would reach out to the company to see what happened with my order.
