Cannot say enough good things about Terri and Bluebird Wellness! Terri's approach is incredibly intuitive, compassionate, and thorough. She is caring and works really hard to get to know her clients so she can best support them. I’ve noticed real improvements in my energy, digestion, and sleep and I highly recommend Terri to anyone looking to feel more balanced and supported in their health journey!

I've been seeing Sonya for years now, and I get so much out of my treatments. She has amazing energy, is a natural healer, and really makes you feel heard/validated in your concerns. I see her mostly for anxiety, hormone imbalances, and GI issues. I always leave feeling like whatever issues I came with are resolved. It's amazing how well this type of treatment works and how knowledgeable Sonya is about all of it! I also really appreciate the sliding scale they offer for community sessions.
