Besides the fact that most machines are outdated and some are broken. It’s the cheapest place to do laundry and no one bothers you. Food places all over so you can grab food and chill.

Its a ok place to wash your clothes except some dryers dont dry that well and the place needs a renovation i go there because its close to my house only bad thing is that some homeless people go in there and start figthing and I seen a roach when I went there last time

Very clean and modern facility with friendly staff. Above-average amenities for Blue Island customers include 2 large, flat-screen TVs, vending machines, waiting area and WiFi connectivity. Free parking in a private, newly paved lot is a big plus for those wanting to use their cars. Drop-off laundry service @ 90¢ a pound is another perk. Their washing machines come in four sizes costing $2.00, $2.50, $3.50 and/or $4.50. Every 25¢ buys you 10 minutes of customizable, drying time.I'm certainly not the biggest fan of doing laundry outside of my apartment complex, but Blue Island Lavanderia has made doing my laundry a lot less painful while saving me time & keeping me occupied.
