REVISED 09/27/2023: 4 stars. Bags got delivered, and we got a call from them to confirm they had been found. Will be happy to upgrade to 5 stars if Blue Crates is responsive to our ongoing efforts to retrieve 3 of the 7 bags they lost of my daughter's. What is amazing to us is that my daughter got one bag with her name on it but someone else's belongings inside. Staff at Blue Crates could not explain to us how this is possible, but agreed they would push for answers. That was five days ago. No call, as promised. No return email. Nothing.... read full review

Update! I called again, later in the day, and a very nice gentlemen addressed my questions and confusion, took my information and promised to get back to me with solutions. I am now hopeful!:)Phone number doesn't work. Unable to leave a message, even though there is an option to do so. Did not answer two emails requesting when and how to schedule college dorm pick up. Happy to have taken the $400 for summer storage. Still waiting... read full review
