The hotel looks exactly as pictured and it seems to be well maintained. The beds and the pillows were great! The staff is very polite and welcoming. The best thing about this hotel was the location, everything i needed and visited with within walking distance. My only gripes are the elevator wait time, which can be expected when you're on floor 29/30 and there are a lot of guests and the TV constantly went out/black every few moments. When reported, the engineer mentioned its a known problem with the higher channels and requires the front desk to reset the tv. The staff and location are great. My only issue is the room location. It backs up to the elevators. I assume its the counter weight that sounds like an airplane going up and down every few seconds. Definitely ask for a room not connected to the elevators.

The hotel overall was excellent. The rooms were very nice. Housekeeping did a great job and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying there. Although I was very disappointed with the breakfast. The price was high and the food was cold. When I say cold, it was room temperature at best. Coffee was good but the waiter dropped off the food and never came back to ask how it was or to refill any coffee. Extremely disappointing... The second day, we walked 2 minutes away and went to Eggs Cafe just around the corner and the service and food was amazing.
