As a Marriott Ambassador Elite who stays at Marriott properties frequently, I can confidently say this has been one of our best stays this year, largely because of Wilmar at the Front Desk.
Wilmar was absolutely outstanding. He checked in on us every day and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. On my birthday, he surprised us with champagne and macarons.. an incredibly thoughtful and memorable touch.
