The breakfast/brunch…one of the best parts for sure. Shoutout to our server Moe? and the best Chi Chef Joc❤️❤️??. Constantly looking out for us and made sure everything was up to our standards.Food was so immaculate and fresh. Good options also.The drinks was everything the “grown folks” be asking for?!!The room and view beyond beautiful. The waitress at the bar was so sweet and accommodating for the kids also.Kids reviewed-100/100 for everything!Kid friendly also!Shoutout to Hotel W Lakeshore?♥️ we will back!!
The room Is amazing very clean, organized, let me include the elevators are very fast . . . Last but not least the BREAKFAST baby the breakfast was top tier our waiter was Moe he listened and delivered. After bringing our breakfast out the head chef Joc came and checked on us to make sure everything was everything. . The mimosas are top tieras well. They made us feel very welcoming and I really appreciate that! ? The staff aim to please and the navy pier Is right across the street amazing view will highly recommend and I’m coming back to this hotel everytime☺️
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at downtown. Really nice clean hotel rooms. Service is amazing. View is amazing the rooms are cozy. The beds are nice. You can see the lake from your room and in the winter it’s frozen over and beautiful. I stayed during the winter. Def easy walk to Michigan or other places around.
