My hair turned out GREAT and my small knot less were neat. The braiders were very nice and the shop was clean! They also the provide hair for the braids . The only issue I had was that I was quoted a different price on the phone than in person. It was because I have thick long coarse hair and they said that it would take more work. I believe that they should also specify that if a person has a lot of hair that the price would be more. Maybe even having people take a picture of their hair or coming into the shop first so that they can be better prepared in regards to the amount they will be spending. The braiders also braid fast.
