I wanted to take a moment to share a strong recommendation for Big Shoulders Restoration based on my recent experience working with them on a loss at our home in North Center.
The loss involved emergency water damage mitigation and mold remediation from a really bad leak in our condo's roof, and their team handled everything with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. They are so nice and respectful and sociable. So nice, in fact, that we insisted they complete the reconstruction as well given our great experience with them. Big Shoulders Restoration is incredible! I called them in December for emergency mitigation when water was pouring through the ceiling of my condo after a large snow/melt. They came in almost immediately on a Saturday and were amazing - communicative, thorough, efficient, and empathetic about the acuity and severity of the situation. They were patient and helpful in navigating insurance and HOA issues. Big Shoulders did mold remediation in our kitchen and drying/dehumidifying in the bedroom and kitchen. They documented everything in detail along the way using 3D mapping and moisture meters which proved to be incredibly helpful in receiving reimbursement from insurance/HOA.
