At the suggestion of the company we purchased a bed through, BIG helpers came to both move and then assemble a Murphy bed in our home. Communication from Toni in the office was great during the hiring process. The installation team was prompt and took proper care to keep our floors and walls from any damage throughout the entire installation. Would definitely recommend!
From the beginning, BigHelpers was easy to navigate and book the appointment. Toni is extremely kind, informative, and easy to work with.On the day of the appointment, I was kept informed of their arrival time, they worked diligently and faster than what was anticipated! Both guys were polite and professional.Highly recommend!
BIG Helpers reinstalled my murphy bed after a poor installation from another vendor. They took 1/3 of the time and went above and beyond to correct for damage done on the first install. Servicepeople were incredibly kind and easy to work with. I'll be reaching out to BIG Helpers again in the future.
