My wife's wedding band kept losing emeralds and we kept getting them replaced, this time I decided to try a different jeweler and I'm glad I did. They were able to show me where some other stones were loose and may fall out in the future. They reset all of the stones so that those stones are not going anywhere anytime soon. Also the prongs on my wedding ring were starting to get really worn down and one even started bending up. Visited this location after an engraving mistake made by another jeweler, and Bernal Jewelers went above and beyond to make things right. They handled the correction with so much patience, care, and attention to detail - truly treating the piece as if it were their own. What started as a stressful situation turned into such a positive experience because of their kindness and excellent customer service.

I had such a great experience here! I walked in with a necklace that was really important to me, and Christian took the time to carefully remove the knots and fix it. He was so kind and clearly understood how much it meant to me. He even helped me out free of charge, which I really appreciated. Amazing customer service—I will definitely be back!
