I showed up at Bernal Jewelers with a clump of sterling silver chains in various states of disrepair unsure of what to do. Cristian very kindly asked me about each chain, shared the options with me about what he could do to repair, and was very clear about pricing. The turnaround was incredibly quick, and the pieces were all cleaned and looked brand new! I am so happy to be reunited with all of these nostalgic pieces that I have been avoiding fixing for years. I would highly recommend working with Christian and Deena! I damaged my favorite ring and Christian was able to repair it beautifully. Will definitely be back for my next piece of custom jewelry, they do beautiful, high quality work!

Wow- incredible work and experience. I wanted to add my baby’s initial to a push present necklace and Cristian made it better than I could have imagined! He sized the letter and made a custom font, sent me images for approval, custom made the gold charm and added it to the middle of the necklace dangles. He is so talented and I would highly recommend him to anyone needed custom jewelry in Chicago. He is easy to work with and has a great eye for custom projects. Just incredible! I will be using him for all of my jewelry needs.
