accounts customer service has no phone like to reach them for credit approvals.. i’ve been waiting 2 weeks and got denied for NET30 and no one responds to emails to tell me WHY. i’ve emailed over 5 times and nobody bothers to respond. i will spend me 15k elsewhere

Placed my order. Waited until I should have received it to follow up to be told it was on hold for an additional freight charge. Initially approved the additional freight for a lift gate just to get my order. The delivery driver would not come down the street so we met at a floors and more. He said they should take off the lift gate charge as we did not use it. Some bottles were broke and some missing. Also had not received my labels. After reaching out to Berlin with no response I disputed partial payment for the missing/damaged items and the over charge on shipping.
