Brad is an exceptional lawyer who I would highly recommend. I recently represented myself, “Pro Se”, in a very litigious divorce case. I had no legal background, so I hired Brad as a legal consultant. He guided me through the fraught step-by-step process of interacting with opposing counsel, as well as submitting documents to the County Clerk and the Judge. Although it could have been an unnerving process, Brad was available to help, advise, and guide me through it all – whether I had a deadline, question, or to discuss strategy. He guided me through the fraught step-by-step process of interacting with opposing counsel, as well as submitting documents to the County Clerk and the Judge. All this for much less cost than if I was fully represented by a lawyer. Brad guided me through the legal process of requesting Discovery documents and submitting subpoenas for 3rd party documents. He was also extremely helpful in reviewing motions. He carefully reviewed the motions and offered valuable advice. He noticed ramifications that were not obvious to me which I believed helped prevent further litigation. My ability to navigate the legal process "Pro Se" was possible due to Brad's regular input and oversight, as well as his thorough and thoughtful insight.
