I’ve been using the same brow pencil by MAC for 15 years now and thought I’d try something new. I popped into Benefit for the first time and was immediately greeted by every single staff member. The space is incredibly clean, inviting and well organized. Crystal the store manager came over to introduce herself and help me. She really took her time educating me on different shades of eye brow pencils as well as other products that could enhance the shape of my brows. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The store was so cute and clean. Nicole did my brows and they are amazing! She talked me through the whole process to make sure I was leaving with exactly what I wanted. She also walked me through how she filled them in and what she used so I could recreate the look on my own. Highly highly recommended!
