A car that is 20 years old, rubber deteriorates , gears wear out. Stuff happens, Chicago streets are not kind. Watch out for those pot hole folks.

I highly recommend Tony and AutoTech. I have been taking my cars to Tony for more than a decade, and he not only keeps them in great shape, but always offers a series of options and recommendations to help decide when to retire the car and move on.
But Tony goes even further to support his customers: when our car did not pass emissions inspection, Tony obtained the part needed for the repair in a day, drove it to the inspection station to ensure that it passed, and had it ready for us--all in 48 hours.

I had an oil change and a few maintenance items done at AutoTech. I am impressed with this place. The work was done in a timely manner and reasonably priced, but more than that, the team here is really attentive to one's needs and concerns. The customer matters to them. A big shout-out to Carlos who is so kind and friendly. As just on example, he asked one of the mechanics to help me sort out a GPS issue, which I appreciated. I used to go directly to Acura and was reluctant about going to another shop. My experience here, however, wil keep me coming back. Highly recommend!
