I can't say enough about the employees who worked at the Howard Street, Aspen dental. It was a minor setback everything was able to be worked through and taken care of with class and responsibility The dentist in any associates that work on me. We're always making sure that I wasn't hurting and told me step by step what was going to be done for the first time in my life. I can say that I came out of the visit saying I could look forward again to going to a dentist. I always pictured them as the bad guy
I had a great experience with my dental work in the two times I have visited. The facility is clean, the staff is nice, and my appointment time was honored without a wait. The team did my procedures in a timely manner both times and clearly explained what was happening before advancing.
My one challenge is that after my first visit I paid the amount I was told by dental administration. I didnt know insurance did not cover their portion of the costs. I was sent a bill 4 months later. When I inquired about the bill a rep told me it was fine. Fast forward 2 years and I had to pay the multi-hundred dollar portion before my present work. No other correspondence had...read full review
It was my first time dealing with the overall experience I never thought dentist office was that complicated but very professional. I was a little bit overwhelmed but glad I did it so far. Thank You, Kevin
