The ashes were mailed and they were very conscientious to ensure the address was correct.
We mostly dealt with April and Daniel. They could not have been kinder. My mom suddenly passed and we really needed some guidance, and everyone was very helpful and kind. They explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and helped us through our difficult time. They have reached out to us a few times since, and even offer guidance for anything else you might have a question about or if you’re still working through the process. Very comforting, and we were very pleased. Strongly recommend and very thankful for them.
My father recently passed away and we had used Cremation Society of IL when my mother died, 5 years earlier. The staff is so kind; when they came for my father (who died at home, unlike my mother) the two staffers expressed their condolences, asked me how I was doing and if I had any questions. I did make a request and that request was honored, which meant a lot to me.
