When our brick 3-flat needed a re-roof to bring us in line with insurance requirements, APR was the contractor we used. Dave was very communicative right from the start, and the quote options he provided were thorough, well explained, and fairly priced.
Dave was good at communicating their work timeline, and the work was ultimately completed in a timely manner. All in all it was a good experience. When we had a follow-up question they were also timely and prompt in ensuring we were completely satisfied.
