Fours years and counting with the Anthos family and I’ve never been stronger or more consistent with my training. I love the community, the trainers, and the welcoming, supportive, friendly atmosphere. It keeps me challenged and motivated in a healthy and balanced way and has really changed my life. Getting strong enough to reach all the strength standards (even the pull ups!) was my goal but now I’m just enjoying reaching new personal bests and maintaining my core strength. Highly recommend this gym for anyone interested in learning how to do weight training safely and build a lifelong practice for health, strength, and stability.

This is the first gym I've joined where I truly look forward to going every week. The personal trainers are personable and knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging and tailored just for me. The other members are welcoming, while also serious about their own progress. The structure (and nudging) keeps me focused and able to get a lot done in a set period of time. I receive only encouragement, never judgement. And I've never felt more confident in my own physical strength. This place is worth the investment. I highly recommend Anthos to anyone looking for a enjoyable, effective, and community-minded fitness experience.

They make lifting a 56 kg kettlebell fun. I might walk in tired or frustrated, but I walk out happy and proud of how strong I have become and the connections I made in every session.

Since joining, my main trainer has been Kendyl.... read full review
