    Very grateful for the two months I’ve spent with Anthos (so far)! I have enjoyed lifting on my own for the past few years but felt as if I reached a ceiling on my own knowledge and ability, and I often worried about injuring myself when increasing weights.

    Joining Anthos is an investment in your lifelong knowledge about weight lifting and proper form. In two months, here are just a few of my concrete wins: 1) going from 30 lb dumbbell squats to 55, 2) going from a 50 lb chest press to 80, 3) doing multiple pushup sets comfortably.     I was an Anthos member for 2.5 years before I moved out of Chicago. The gym remains to be one of the best personal investments I've made for my health. I had very little fitness experience before starting at Anthos, but the philosophy of Anthos --- teaching people how to workout in a smart, safe, and individualized way --- meant that I came out of Anthos not only as someone in better shape but as someone who was deeply attuned to form and my body.
