My lash tech was awesome I liked how they looked the 1st day. However I don't know if you guys glue or something changed cause on the 2nd day I received fall out which when I was going.before it was not like that! I received a classic set

Personally would never go here again or recommend…prices are extra & it was rushed and one eye had much less lashes than the other side looking uneven. She didn’t follow what I asked & I needed a fill after less than a week. If you need a solid place check out Eyelashworks west loop - I will never go anywhere else they’re amazing…finally found a place to go back to

Been a client since January, and have always been happy with the lash service provided, so I signed up for the bi-monthly membership program which includes 2 classic refills per month for $129 per month. However, the membership program has so far proved to be much more trouble than it's worth; each time I visit the receptionists I've interacted with seem to be confused about my billing date/cycle, how much my service costs, what kind of service I receive, etc resulting in MY having to explain to THEM their OWN membership program. From my perspective, it would be a more seamless experience for both the clients and staff if notes were in a shared system regarding... read full review
