Dr. Steward, Tia and Lori were all super kind and friendly. Massage therapist Paul was very skillful and his massage was enjoying (but now he seemed left). I had a very nice time with Aligned Mordern Health experiencing chiropractic, physical training and massage all in one. Thanks!

I first came to Aligned Modern Health in 2016 to see a functional medicine practitioner. I was at my wit's end dealing with eczema. They were able to identify a gluten sensitivity that was causing extreme inflammation in my body. The doctor also told me that she would be able to cure my hypothyroidism naturally, which I honestly found unbelievable... I was told by my primary care doctor that I would have to take synthroid for the rest of my life! I continued working with AMH until I moved away from Chicago in 2018. I've been coming to AMH for ~2-3 months now since I realized my Insurance covered some sessions and figured why not? I've have lingering back and ankle issues due to years of ankle sprains from basketball without proper PT and running a half marathon using the wrong shoes that caused a lifetime supply of plantar fasciitis. In my 2-3 months since coming to AMH, I've had the chance to work with the following people: 1. Dr. Kate McCarthy (Chiropractor) 2. Kyle Pigney (Rehab Specialist) 3.
