Alex is communicative, prompt, thorough, annd skilled ant his craft. He came within days of a hardwood floor emergency I experienced and fixed it up in no time. Within minutes my cat had done a lap around the living room and ruined all of his work! He patiently came back (same day!) and re-did the repair with no additional charge. Alex and Eugene did a phenomenal job repairing some moldy spots in our old oak floors. The turnaround time was incredible, and the match as far as grain and color goes was truly amazing. Alex was outstanding, explaining everything along the way, and professional, and the work was reasonably provided. Would highly recommend.

Alex’s team refinished the floors of our 1920s Tudor home a few years back during a gut rehab. He was straightforward with pricing and the job was marvelous. The finish was beautiful and stood up to 4 little kids and two dogs. We are starting a new floor refinishing project in our new home and we called Alex right away.
