I can't begin to say enough good things about my experience! My hip has been hurting me for weeks and after one session with Josh, it feels completely back to normal. He was very intuitive, even finding knots and issues that I hadn't even mentioned at the beginning of the session. Along with amazing technique, he creates a really comfortable atmosphere that lets you to totally relax. Definitely found my go to place for body work!

Josh was fantastic. He took the time to explain Thai massage, and really listened to what I wanted to get worked on. He very clearly explained what he was doing throughout the massage, and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable as well. He explained the muscle groups that are affected and what was causing the pain, showing he has extensive knowledge in what he does. Finding his practice was such a blessing. Being a caretaker and in grad school I have such a limited budget and Josh working with that was incredibly beneficial.
