Agave Studio for Psychotherapy

I love Agave. The space is super inviting and feels safe. Convenient street parking. My therapist Janeil is so mindful and truly knows me and helped me resolve a lot of „trauma” that has been setting me back. I personally know a couple of other therapist there and they are knowledgeable, compassionate individuals. If you’re looking for a non judgmental safe space this is a place for you. I highly recommend.

Not really sure if this place is even in business? Sent emails to the business itself and multiple therapists and didn’t get a single response and it’s been over 4 months now. I consider it irresponsible for them to let other practitioners even refer here if they’re not going to respond to basic communications.

I reached out via email and phone to look into available therapists. I sent a very detailed email. I received an email reply from Marrakesh, the practice administrator, immediately stating that she would locate available therapists for me and if I did not hear back in a week, to reach back out to her. One week went by, and so I sent another follow up email. That email was completely ignored and it has now been another week. 13 days since my initial request. I would go elsewhere for therapy services. They lack the professionalism and responsiveness needed to care for potential clients.
