Things started off great with Dulce—I enjoyed her services and recommended her to friends. However, over time, I began to notice a shift in her attitude that made me uncomfortable.
I always booked my appointments through ClassPass, which allows cancellations up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalty. Because of the nature of my job, I sometimes had to adjust my appointment times or reschedule to avoid losing the slot—especially since popular times can fill up quickly. I communicated this to her proactively and made it clear that my schedule was sometimes unpredictable due to work.
I had the pleasure of taking a two-day body contouring course with Dulce , and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience! She was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Throughout the training, she was patient and thorough, making sure I understood each step of the process. She provided all the tools and materials I needed to confidently begin my journey in the body conturing industry. Her reliability and dedication truly set her apart. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn or receive services—she’s amazing at what she does!
