They are upgrading and under construction but it's ok. Depends on the nurse u have..my dad's doctor has a unfriendly nurse but he had to see an associate doctor and her nurse was excellent!! It made me want to switch doctors and it seemed more friendly in the New part of the building also,brighter lights etc.
I love Dr. Julie Taylor as my PCP. She is a professional woman of color who has been serving the east side of Chicago for decades. She is caring and empathetic to all of her patients needs. Her customer service is the best. I will continue to see her until she retires.
I joined Advocate several years ago on the advise of my daughter and friends. I had been experiencing some health issues which was not being taken seriously by serval different doctors and needless to say; when Iam not being taken care of in the way I feel or listened to I move on until I find the right fit. Finally Iwas assigned to Dr. Latipha Sabrina who is listened to all of my concerns and immediately set regime of tests and recommendations to see other specialists. From that day kon I have never looked back. Thank you to the doctors who provided me excellent service.
