I love kick boxing even though I’m a beginner and don’t really know the ropes yet.

This is a great gym! It’s a full body workout and I appreciate the variety of exercises. The trainers are all amazing, very patient and kind but they also make you work! Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a challenging but fun workout in a welcoming space.
