YOU WILL ALSO SEE THE FAKE ONE MARK B. LEFT FOR HIMSELF! Wow! Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking in design creativity. Communication has been frustratingly poor. After the initial intake call, there is no direct contact—everything is handled via email, and even then, responses are inconsistent, claiming they responded when they did not. Sending screenshot of communication emails as proof didn't help. I submitted feedback that was never acknowledged, leaving me unsure whether my project was even being worked on. It turns out, in some cases, they weren’t even aware changes had been submitted. Three different people have worked on a fairly simple website, with broken links and forms that went nowhere. There have been many issues: being asked to fill out an online intake form after I had already submitted all required information; being asked to resend media I had already provided; and discovering—midway through the project—that the website platform they use doesn’t even support client checkout functionality. This should have been clearly communicated upfront, before I paid. Request for refund produced aggressive threats. I truly regret hiring this firm. They refused to offer an apology for lying, canceled my project and refused to refund, accompanied by threats. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this firm
Highly Recommend. Great company to work with it took a couple of times to my idea of what I wanted so that they could envision my thoughts but once they had it, they did a great job on my logo and are now designing new business cards for me and soon new brochures for our insurance agency. They communicate mainly through email within a day, so as long as your patient the job gets done.
