TLDR: Don't waste your money--After receiving bites and finding evidence of bed bugs in a small spot, we arranged for a dog to come out. The dog found nothing, but needed constant redirection by his handler. Before he left, the handler gave me his card and invited me to text photos of anything suspicious. Within days, I saw a live adult bed bug. He confirmed it and said he'd speak with his manager the next day. He failed to call after the text exchange or after my husband called two days later and left a message. My husband called a second time and was told the company wouldn't do anything more. A quality organization. Cute working dogs, too. Parent organization is excellent as well.
