I don’t know what’s up with all the negative reviews but the nice Indian woman who works there does an awesome job I always let her do my eyebrows never had any bumps or breaks out if you do maybe you must be allergic to threading I never had a bad experience as you can see I have nice eyebrows and even with scar from when I was 3 years old in my eyebrow , she still manages to give my eyebrows a nice shape and not thin as some complain!!!

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. Every time I go to Brow Art 23 there is a line of ladies waiting to be served. I have been getting my eye brows threaded for over 20 years and been using this place for at least 5. Their work is great and the shop is always clean.

Jasmine (the guy) was straightening her hair when I walked in and didn't wash her hands before doing my eyebrows. Talk about unsanitary. Generally had a shitty attitude when I was explaining how I wanted my eyebrows, told me to be quiet and hold my eyebrow. Only giving it two stars because my eyebrows look pretty decent, just rude customer service and unsanitary conditions brings my review down a couple notches.
