I can't praise this facility enough! Please keep in mind, in any facility you will have missed call lights, dings in furniture etc, what you will find in all, is the skilled staff members who lead with caring & loving hearts. This not only applies to nursing, its every department from reception, rehab to housekeeping, they all excel in their positions. They deserve more than praise, a little more $$ is helpful as well that makes this a great team!

I really like this facility. I was introduced to the facility for work, then for my mom. The staff was very nice and caring to both my client and my mom. We did not have anything bad the say about the care. Now the food was another thing, I just say need work.

Avantara Chicago Ridge gets a mark of Excellent from me. I was there for Physical Therapy and I received wonderful care from the staff. They seemed to work together wonderfully. Natasha (Registrations/Admissions), Dayza (Medical Records), and Sherita (Social Worker).....just to name a few of the workers....all made me feel like they REALLY cared for my well-being. The first floor, where my room was located, was so nice and bright, and clean, and modern looking. You felt good just being there. I was sooooo glad that they gave me paperwork to continue my PT exercises once I returned home. In conclusion, I would recommend Avantara Chicago Ridge to anyone : )
