Getting a new furnace & air conditioner always needs to be done when you aren't planning on it. ADLmade our experience very painless. I sent an email to them late on a Thursday nite. Scott called by 7am Friday and was at our house by 9:15. our new system was installed in a little over a week. It was during the very hot temps & over the 4th of July. He was not pushy in any way. He was Honest very professional & friendly. They were at our house by 8:30 on the day of installation & completely done by 12:30. Scott's employees were very hard working & friendly.
