Sarah my Pilates teacher at powerworks fitness in Chatham IL is outstanding if anyone looking for a great all over body workout! Love how each class she adds and does something different so it makes your muscles not get used to to the same workout. She’s fun too and that makes it also enjoyable! Come check this class out it’s one of my favorites!
These guys are superb! They went far and beyond just doing a regular duct cleaning given the complexity of my system. I will certainly use them every time my ducts and chimney need cleaning. Kudos for a job well done!!
This is a great gym in town for when you don't want to go into Springfield to workout. They have plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, hammer strength machines, and an all purpose room to stretch and do dynamic exercises. They also have exercise rooms for classes.
