My dog and I are always greeted warmly by all staff members. They treat my dog like their own and make me feel more comfortable and safe when they treat her. Making appointments online is convenient and quick. The office manager is especially welcoming and her sense of humor is second to none.
Great service. Dr Carie takes her time with you and your pets. She goes above and beyond to care for your pet. The techs and office staff are very personable and create a wonderful environment to walk into
We always have excellent care for our dog at Capitol Illini. The veterinarians are exceptional as is the other staff. They are knowledgeable and kind to our dog. I highly recommend this practice.
