“Wes has been to both Charleston and Mattoon branches. I would recommend both. The staff and vets at both were very good with Wes.Mainly we go to the Charleston branch for regular visits and grooming, but we had to go to the Mattoon office when Wes twice had a medical emergency . One was after hours. They even let me know up front what after hours charges were, which I appreciated .“
