About Albin Animal Hospital of Charleston

Albin Animal Hospital of Charleston provides excellent care for pets. The staff and veterinarians at both the Charleston and Mattoon branches are very good, offering kind and gentle care. Regular visits, grooming, and medical emergencies are all handled with professionalism and transparency. Annual checkups and shots are also available, with a gentle and kind approach to anxious pets. The staff is very helpful, answering all questions efficiently. The environment is very nice and inviting. Dr. Brucker was amazing with a Shepherd/Husky mix dog named Saskia. Customers trust the hospital with their "fur babies." The facility is loved, and most of the staff is professional and caring. Customers recommend the hospital, but advise against seeing one particular veterinarian who is more interested in judging the humans than helping the animals.

I love Albin Animal Hospital. They help me with all my animals' issues, big or small. They are very nice, understanding, and supportive. I've never left there feeling dejected like some of the other vets I've been to. I've yet to meet a staff member who is anything but respectful and friendly to me and my animals. I love that they use an app that you can request appointments on, or send messages with pictures on. It's really come in handy! I highly recommend Albin in both Charleston and Mattoon.

Love the facility, love most of the staff. Recommend strongly against seeing Dr Bruecker, she's more interested in judging the humans than in helping the animals. Everyone else has been very professional and caring, and I am completely comfortable with my kitties in their hands.
