Dr. Burns reviewed my history and MRI and set
me up with a plan to alleviate my pain.
I saw Bella for my Physical Therapy and Dr. Burns did my adjustments.
I am very happy to have found this office.
Dr. Burns is a very knowledgeable doctor. His plan for working with my problems was spot on.
Bella was excellent at working with me for my PT. She made sure that I was performing the exercises correctly.
Angelique took care of my scheduling.

“I may have been the luckiest of all the people leaving reviews because my care was great. Everyone from Newsome was to notch. I had an accident and when i was released from the hospital i needed home therapy and nursing care. My therapist were Ed and Kelli. “I recently visited the Vital Birth and Death Records Office to obtain my child's birth certificate, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and professional. The office staff were incredibly efficient, and I had my paperwork completed in no time. The security staff at the reception were welcoming and made the process even more comfortable. The facility is well-maintained, and I appreciated that it had clear signage, especially since there's a tuberculosis center on the same premises but in a different suite. Just make sure to visit Suite 1 for your birth records to avoid any confusion. Parking is very easy with lots of openings.“

“I had an echo cardiogram done at St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet on 08/28/2023 by Echo Tech Theresa. Theresa was awesome, she explained in a way what the test was all about and how it worked. You could tell she had gentle caring demeanor. She put you at ease with her confident job knowledge. She was professional, warm and compassionate with a sense of humor.I needed an IV placed in my hand.That is when I meant a most wonderful RN named Glenda.
