What can I say, Dr. Carissa is awesome. She take the time to explain things so you understand what happening. She fixes what’s wrong. She cracks everything into place . (See what I did there? Haha) If you have not gone to see her yet you should. She fixes what hurts. I’m glad myself and my family see her. Thank you Dr. Carissa for pulling me apart to fix me the right way!

Megan Valley was extremely informative and helpful when I inquired about services. Carissa was excellent! I received my first Acupuncture session and I feel a significant amount of relief. I feel as though weight has been lifted from me. The level of calm that came over me by then end of the session was very evident. She was extremely empathetic and thorough. The amazing results I've received after just one session are a testament to her skills. I'm very excited to receive my next couple of sessions. Thank you!!!!

Amazing service immediate results and staff treats you like family would recommend to everyone especially if you have ever had a bad experience with any other chiropractor Carissa is the BEST!!!! i'm so happy I found Body & Spine clinic I will never go anywhere else ever again., and they took my insurance with no problems
