Called because my air wasn't cooling good he was honest and told me to wash the coil on my outside unit I looked and it was covered with cotton from trees so I cleaned it and it was back working great. Thanks for being honest and not trying to just charge me a couple hundred for something you knew I was fully capable of fixing myself. The world needs more honest service companies like you. You may have not made money on me today but you will be my guy if anything is needed in the future.
I had my ac blower go out after 1 year due to installer error and Jamie and William were out the next day to help me replace the part! They then did a diagnostics test to find out what the original issue was and lowered the cfm to the model specifications. Super helpful and knowledgeable in their field.
We had our air ducts cleaned a few years ago by Airmaxx and we were completely satisfied. We recently had an issue with vapor from a skunk so I reached out to have our air ducts cleaned again. The owner patiently listened to my situation and advised that cleaning the air ducts would not solve my issue. He took time to give me recommendations for getting rid of the vapor. It’s says a lot about a businessman taking all that time to help me, all the while not gaining anything financially. I highly recommend Airmaxx and will continue to use and recommend their services in the future.
