Walked in about a week ago while traveling, and their service was professional and courteous. I wasn’t able to leave my computer with them for the repair it needed, but the technician talked me through what wasn’t working and gave me tips on how to fix it myself (I’m sorry, but I don’t remember his name! He was great though!). I’m home now and was able to fix my laptop per the technician’s instructions, and I discovered he had also cleaned my keyboard in the 5ish minutes he was looking it over! Nice!

I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received during my phone repair. The technicians were highly professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous throughout the entire process, and they explained everything clearly. What touched me most was their warmth and kindness—and in the end, they generously didn’t charge me anything at all. I was truly moved by both their expertise and their caring attitude. Very courteous and professional manners from everyone there. I took 7 devices in, and they were nice enough to give me a discount. Much appreciated. I felt that I was given very personalized service. Which is greatly appreciated these days. I won't hesitate to go there again if I need any of their services and certainly will recommend them to anyone asking me where to take a laptop/phone in need of repairs or malware/virus scrubbing.
