Just had service tech come out (Raul). He was extremely professional and also wore an N95 mask at our request (we provided the mask) because we have an at risk person living here. Not only did he happily offer to wear the mask he did an incredible and thorough job. We would hire TLC again in a heartbeat for quality and high level of customer service. Thank you Raul and TLC for your help today.
