Let me start this off by saying that the my pup is SO happy here. The staff is AMAZING! My boy, Titus (a 9 month old dalmatian) is a handful. He has so much energy and we dont want to leave him sitting in the kennel all day while we are working. We were nervous at first, but now we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Yesterday, Titus was playing hard and running fast (per usual) and he hurt his dew claw. Jaeden (and AMAZING AND CARING staff member) messaged me right away to let me know what happened, how he was feeling, and how they were taking care of him. I am SO thankful! I am from out of town and boarded my dogs here for my wedding weekend. We had a unique request in which we had to drop off the dogs the day before the wedding and then on the wedding day we had a designated person pick them up for the ceremony and return them after. Dog den did an excellent job of ensuring that my boys were ready to go at the designated times and were bathed per request so they were fresh for the wedding. Jaeden the manager was excellent at communicating when we were coordinating the schedule beforehand. Great dog care experience! I really like that they are strict about vaccinations. I know our Sophie will not come home sick and need to see the vet, incurring more pet care costs. I also love that she can run around and socialize instead of being crated all day and night. The Dog Den is our go-to place every time we need to board Sophie!
