Jamie was very informative and helpful with getting my teenagers curly hair healthier and looking so much better! She is easy to talk to and ask questions without feeling like you're offending someone. Accident overcharge was immediately corrected by another stylist. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name. Everyone is always so happy, helpful and polite here. They are the reason we come back!

Was in there today and saw a stylist i believe her name was Jesse go above and beyond for a little boy who was clearly autistic as he was having the worst fit before the haircut even started, she tried sitting, standing, talking him thru it and nothing seemed to work and even tho he was making it impossible to get a haircut she did what no one else would probably be willing to do. She got on her knees and followed him around and was super respectful and sweet the entire time and I just have no words for that kind of compassion because if that was my child I would hope someone would be willing to do that for me. Keep up the incredible work.
