I just picked up my Carhart coat from the laundry. It cost me 35 cents with the coupon that Starcrest sent by email. No strings attached! The clerk said that the coupon would be recorded and that I could pick it up next week. Within 24 hours I received notification that it was ready for pick-up. I picked it up Sunday morning and the coat that I had never washed , used just for outdoor work, and smelled of oil and gasoline from plowing snow, is just like new! Even the oil stains are gone! Now I will be using the coat for everyday wear when it gets cold. Staff was very friendly. I like coming to this laundromat mostly because they have clean and well maintained washer and dryers. Today not so much. I noticed a small dead roach on the inside of one of the washers and dog hair on and inside a number of the washers. I told the attendant and she got right on it. I also just noticed that their smaller washers doesn't have a full rince cycle where you can add your fabric softener and I don't like that.

Service is always speedy and punctual. The online platform is also quite convenient to keep track of your items. I wish they could offer bundles or special offers for dry-washing sets of shirts/dress pants.
