We were looking for roommate style apartment here in Champaign and chose Ginger Creek. Although most of the apts we looked at equaled about the same monthly out of pocket, the R+B was best. The style, included amenities, and upkeep have been the best too. Most important, the manager is genuinely nice, intelligent, easy to interact with. Service / repairs are easy to request, and response is within 24 hours for the fix. I like it and recommend R+B as a landlord.

What a wonderful service! When you work a lot and aren't home they come to the rescue. My little home has been cleaned from top to bottom and so many thoughtful touches each time. It is a great service for me with my busy schedule. So many wonderful services to help the residents. I've never seen a company go the extra mile like Royse and Brinkmeyer do. Thank you!!!
