We had Pride expand an existing concrete slab patio, replace river rock with mulch, and plant bushes in the mulched flower beds. He suggested plantings too. An unexpected issue was rebuilding the basement sump drainage system, which had fallen apart over the years. Corey and his team diligently worked to fix the drainage, which wasn't part of the original contract. Lastly, we were out of state buyers moving to CU. Corey patiently worked with us from a distance (emails and phone calls) to figure out what we needed and wanted, and then made it happen. The first time we met him was when we handed over the final check. :)

Pride took a difficult condition with clay like soil and flooding when it rains, and gave us a French drain in the form of a beautifully landscaped dry creek bed. It was super hard work but they kept at it and the results are both stunning and effective. Thanks Pride!
