I just had to come on here really quickly and give the biggest compliment to Pet Pro in Champaign and give them my absolute highest recommendation! ❤
We met Dr. Todd, the owner of Pet Pro, when my family first started taking our first dog, Ranger, there. From the very beginning to the very last day of Ranger’s life, Pet Pro was where we went whenever he needed anything — baths, medicine, checkups, you name it.

From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and kind. I brought both of my Aussies in for grooming, and they did an amazing job! Taylor was fantastic with communication before the appointment, and Jillian was so patient and helpful once we arrived.

The adorable Cinco de Mayo photo they did with the dogs was such a fun surprise and absolutely made our day. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets and their owners. Safe to say they completely won us over — we’ve officially found our new go-to grooming spot!

We called with concerns about our 6 week old kitten. They got us an appointment, scheduled 45 minutes after we called! We got right in upon check-in & they took great care of our baby! The staff & doctor are amazing, super friendly & highly recommended this clinic. Thank you for caring for our baby!
