Highly recommend this dental practice! I had my first visit this afternoon and had such a positive experience that I wanted to leave a review! The office is beautiful, very clean, and inviting. The front office staff were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. The dental hygienist that took me back for my visit and spent the majority of the time with me, was friendly and professional. I had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist after a long time putting it off and she made me feel so comfortable. She explained EVERYTHING as she was doing it, from the X-rays to the cleaning. Dr Patterson and Dr Parsons are the most caring dentists we've ever had. They are professional and patient. Everyone works in the clinic are friendly and wonderful too. We had great experience with them before we moved out from Champaign . So sorry to hear that the clinic will be closed. Hope this would be temporary and will see you back someday.

I am sorry I do not know the name of the office administrator to mention her specifically. She was very gracious about contacting my newish insurance provider to set up that coverage, and said she will see if the insurers will cover my previous visit, since it was within the window of my enrollment with them. (Our retirement dental insurer changed underwriters and we were not aware and did not have new ID cards at the time of my last visit.)Also, the person who cleaned my teeth (again , do not know her name) was very friendly and efficient and did a sparkling job!
